36 Howls: Mistletoe??

There seems to be mistletoe everywhere, all over the house and even the garage. I tried taking it down in the garage, but everytime I turned around it was back, so I gave up and just let it be. I suppose it is a bit festive.

[Which of course means it will. He pauses to give Mercy a little wave, and he doesn't even realize he's being affected again when he leans forward to kiss her goodbye.]

[Priestly's not exactly the most suave guy ever, though he's been doing better than usual thus far. It's the fact that he gets a little over-excited and when she was moving closer, so was he.

And behold: there was teeth clashing. Not hard enough to hurt, but it jolts him for a moment as he presses his lips together. Chuckling only slightly, he moves his hand up to make sure she's all right, his thumb grazing over her bottom lip.]

[Mercy ran a finger over his lips, tilting her head up to look at him and catching a glimpse of something in the process. Mistletoe. Damn. She pushed away from him hard, looking a little panicked again.]

Damn. Priestly. It got us again.

[He flails backward, overbalancing as he tries to follow her hand away from himself and ends up hopping very less than gracefully around in order not to fall on his ass.

Once he's leveled himself, he just huffs and closes his eyes in frustration.]

So, I'm just gonna run away now. So that this devil plant doesn't make me do more amazing but stupid fucking shit.

[She was running her hands through her hair a little shakily. It really had been pretty amazing, but she was with Thomas and she loved him and this was just... something that would never happen again.]

[She watched him go, then quickly shut and locked the door, planning to stay safely locked away till after midnight. Harry, Kara, and Priestly... more than enough unintentional kissing for one day.]
